Okay here's what you do to make the best possible quailty video rips designed specifically for your GP2X.
Please note that the "animated settings" are designed for use with original rips around 150-180MB in original size.
The "live-action settings" are designed for use with original rips around 300-700MB in original size.

AVERAGE 20 MINUTE CARTOON FILE SIZE AFTER ENCODE = 20-30MB
AVERAGE 45 MINUTE TV PROGRAM FILE SIZE AFTER ENCODE = 55-65MB

The higher quality the original video, the higher quality the output will be.
The Animated settings have been tested on Family Guy, American Dad, Simpsons episodes and have worked amazingly.
The live-action settings have been tested on Stargate Atlantis and have worked amazingly.

1) Install the file XVID.EXE
this will install the XVID codec and FourCC compatibility on your machine.
Just keep pressing next leaving all options as they are!

2) Run VirtualDub.exe
3) Go to FILE > OPEN VIDEO FILE and open the video you wish to encode.
4) Go to FILE > LOAD PROCESSING SETTINGS (Ctrl+L) and open the desired settings file from the "VirtualDub\(RIP SETTINGS)" folder.
animated settings.vcf < that is the file for cartoons
	live-action settings.vcf < live-action stuff like Stargate and Scrubs.
5) Go to FILE > SAVE AS AVI (F7) > and type the filename. Then press Enter on your keyboard and away it goes.

You will then see a box containing lots of information about the "Dub" in progress.
Once that Status box disappears the encode is complete and the video file is ready for use on your GP2X

I take no responsibilty for any damage that may occur as a result, or during the use, of this software.
None of the executables herein are made by me. I simple produced the Settings Scripts after many hours of calibration.
Feel free to fine-tune the settings to your liking.

Happy watching :)
